Attorney Lacey N. Richmond is the owner of My Agreed Divorce. Lacey has been licensed to practice law in Texas since May 2014, and has practiced exclusively Family Law since that time.
Lacey encourages and supports parties who have reached agreements and wish to amicably complete their family law cases. However, Lacey also understands from years of practice how important it is that the documents prepared and filed into the case are prepared accurately. This applies to the very first filing in the case, and continues through the filing of the final decree or order. My Agreed Divorce was founded for exactly that purpose - to provide legal services to clients at reasonable and fair rates, and to ensure the documents prepared for the client are prepared correctly.
We offer Packages for agreed cases to clients that are Low-Cost and Flat Fee. This means clients only pay one Flat Fee for their Service. The Packages are all inclusive (though some "Add-on Services" may be needed for certain circumstances), and the cost is known up front. No surprises or invoices later.
We understand that in many cases, a client expects and/or desires for their case to be amicable and agreed. However, the client may not be 100% sure that the other party will cooperate and be agreeable. For this purpose, we offer Á La Carte Services to clients if a Package is not the best option. Á La Carte Services allow the client to get their case filed with the hope of an agreement, without purchasing a complete Package until the client is sure the other party will be agreeable and cooperative.
