Additional Services ("Á La Carte")
These services are à la carte, meaning they are individual services that may be purchased as add-ons to Packages, or separately. You do not have to purchase a Package to purchase these Services à la carte.
Divorce Petition or SAPCR Petition ONLY
$800
If you want to file your case (Petition for Divorce, or Petition in Suit Affecting Parent-Child Relationship) to get your case started, but you are not sure if the other party will agree, we can prepare your Petition and file it for you. This service is to draft and file the Petition only, and does not include other services. The fee for this service does include the filing fee paid to the County when the case is filed (est. $350).

Modification Petition ONLY
$700
If you want to file your modification case (to modify child-related terms, such as custody, visitation, or support) to get your case started, but you are not sure if the other party will agree, we can prepare your Petition to Modify and file it for you. This service is to draft and file the Petition to Modify only, and does not include other services. The fee for this service does include the filing fee paid to the County when the case is filed (est. $100).
Waiver of Service ONLY
$250
Drafting of Waiver of Service and, once the other party signs, filing Waiver with the Court. We can also send the Waiver through an e-notarization platform for the other party to sign, if you prefer.
Coordinate Service on the Other Party
$450
If your case is filed, and you are not sure if the other party will agree, we can get the other party served for you. This includes requesting a citation from the District Clerk, sending service out for attempts with a process server (up to 4 attempts at a single address provided by you for the other party), and filing the service return with the Court if the other party is successfully served. The fee for service does include the cost of the process server (which ranges from $120 to $300).
Agreed Order ONLY - Divorce without Children
$700
If you have already filed your case, and all you need is an Agreed Divorce Decree prepared, we can assist with this. This is for cases that do not involve children.
* Add $150 if you also need us to prepare Prove-up Affidavits and BVS Form.

Agreed Order ONLY - Divorce with Children

If you have already filed your case, and all you need is an Agreed Order prepared, we can assist with this. This is for cases involving children.
* Add $250 if you also need us to prepare Prove-up Affidavits and required ancillary forms (BVS form, Record of Support Order Form, Income Withholding Order)
* Add-On Services may apply.
Agreed Order ONLY - SAPCR/Modification Order

If you have already filed your case, and all you need is an Agreed Order prepared, we can assist with this. This is for cases involving children.
* Add $250 if you also need us to prepare Prove-up Affidavits and required ancillary forms (BVS form, Record of Support Order Form, Income Withholding Order)
* Add-On Services may apply.
Retirement Division Order
$750
Includes preparation of QDRO, obtaining Judge's signature, and sending to Plan Administrator for processing.
* If Motion to Enter QDRO Post-Divorce is required, add $600.
Deed to Transfer Property (per Deed)
$250
Preparation of Deed and Cost of Recording Fee.
